Strengthening resilience against violent radicalisation - Stresaviora

This research project aims at strengthening the resilience of vulnerable youngsters. We work with a combination of a literature study and an empirical research to map out mechanisms of resilience and possible interventions. The empirical research addresses vulnerable youngsters in Brussels. To map out the possible mechanisms as best we can, we strive for variation after considering the features of the respondents, like background features. We also work with a combination of Dutch and French interviews. The study aims specifically at the identification of conditions and methodology to develop training to prevent (violent) radicalisation by strengthening resilience.
