iThe research group APART specialises in research on aggression. It also offers advice to governments and provides tailor-made trainng for professionals. Through the development of sustainable relationships with governments, professionals and target groups, we aim to conduct participatory research. Therefore we strive to set up innovative collaborations. We distinguish ourselves by working closely with all stakeholders to develop and evaluate evidence-based methodologies. Our core activities are the study of phenomenology and the development of an approach of different forms of violence. We desire to test and implement intervention strategies at different levels to tackle various forms of violence. This is reflected in our Mission and Vision
